A very rare 'Unique Scotch Wood Fired Oven' is used to create fabulous food. Our Bakers create Sourdough Bread, Ciabatta Rolls, Pies, Pasties, and a range of pastries including old fashioned sweets- Apple Strudel, Vanilla Slices, Chocolate E`clairs, Chocolate Cakes, Lemon Curd Tarts, Custard Tarts and Fruit Flans. The Merri Merri grove lies within Melbourne’s Green Wedge in the foothills of the Great Divide at Woodstock, just 36 km north of Melbourne. Our family has been farming the property for over 100 years. The grove was planted in 2000 with the Italian cultivars of Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Since then additional plantings have also included the French Picholene and the Greek oil Kalamata.
